AI is the Palatable Frankenstein of the Internet
But a computer can't replicate your unique magic.
Someone said in a conversation recently, “Artificial Intelligence will be the downfall of humanity.” They think AI will replace art because it will “create art better than humans can.”
This is a bleak outlook, and it doesn’t serve me to believe that.
Here’s a belief about artificial intelligence that I think works better:
👉AI is the call for each of us to stand unapologetically in our uniqueness and individual expression.
Recently, I tested AI’s “creative writing.” I inputted a subject and asked AI to write the essay.
It was surface-skimming and palatable.
It lacked depth.
That’s not surprising considering how new the tech is, but engineers are continuing to improve it by ¨teaching¨ it with examples of human creations.
The idea of feeding AI with human creativity and expression strikes the visual of a voracious tornado becoming larger and more deadly the more it’s fed.
